• Account information (email address, name) when you create an account or purchase a license
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details
• Usage analytics (crash reports, feature usage) to improve the product — this is opt-out
• Support communications when you contact us

2. What we never do

• We never access, view, or analyse the content of your recordings
• We never sell your personal data to third parties
• We never serve you targeted advertising
• We never share your data without your explicit consent, except as required by law

3. Data storage

Account data is stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) and United States (Virginia). Cloud recordings are stored in the region closest to you. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@exolus-web.site. We will respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
